In the middle of the night, Mini-Me gave birth to 8 small puppies, 6 girls and 2 boys. Eating and sleeping is the most important for the pups for the moment. Mini-Me is a wonderful mother and we only have to sit and admire the little ones.

2 weeks
Now 2 weeks old the pups have gained twice their birth weight. Quiet and wellbeing are they sleeping most of the day. They have open their eyes and are starting to be more aware of things around them.

3 weeks
They are getting bigger and bigger. They care more about what is going on around them, they listen and are looking at everything that is moving around them with interest. They have even started to play and "talk". Sometimes it's such much noice you wonder how it's going to be when they get a little bit older.

4 weeks
First meal. How messy it is to eat solid food. It is all over the place....But when you've finished eating it's nice to sleep awhile, safe with mum.

5 weeks
New places, new things, new discoveries! Everything has to be checked and be tasted, just like all babies!

To take photos of pups is sometime hard. Before I've taken the photo of the playing pup with the boll, the pup had disappeared!

They are getting bigger and more active. It's crowded when dinner is servered. There are more thing to explore.

Sleep, play and eat. Why can't life be that uncomplicated?

The pups are outdoors almost every day. They are getting bolder and bolder. A small dipp in the pond didn't bother the smallest bitch.
